Product Description
1. This product is a hot-selling model. It uses a BT50 mechanical spindle. The main motion is driven by the spindle to rotate the cutterhead, supplemented by X, Y, and Z-axis feeds for surface milling of the workpiece.
2. It has the characteristics of high precision, high rigidity and high efficiency. Precision milling the surface of the belt head can achieve high precision and good smoothness.
3. The whole machine has a reasonable layout and scientific design, which greatly improves the stiffness and anti-vibration performance of the machine tool and ensures the processing accuracy of the machine tool.
Product Features
1. High rigidity and high precision mechanism structure
High quality HT300 cast iron is purchased for main structural parts. Heat-Treat for stress relief and increase the stability, with stable structure and permanent quality assurance.
2. This machine are equipped with the large ( 300mm optional) diameter cutters, which enable the one-pass cutting of up to ( 300mm) in width, eliminating the ridges that are made with cutting with the smaller diameter cutter.
3. Mainly used for pre-squared steel plate and non-ferrous metal materials for flat surface.
4. Machine bed base with chip removal groove, wider and more stable base, smooth chip removal.
