This CNC high speed circle saw has both saw and milling fuction, it's alloy cutters can be cut at high speed with high precision, the new algorithm can be set in batch, feeding and counting automatically , water cooled round bar and special machine for sawing small pieces of sheet material.
Both sides are clamped, and the position of the workpiece is very stable.Guide rail type composite structure, so it runs smoothly,using servo motor and mitsubishi system, high accurancy and low failure rate.

FEATURES AND APPLICATIONS :
1. The structural parts including saw bow and base are all integrally processed by the processing center so as to ensure
long-term and stable operation of the machine. Saw bow lifting fuide is double column + ball screw, accurate and stable.
2. Hydraulic tensioning saw belt with break protection function.
3. Specially designed saw belt clamping fuide mechanism ensures geometic accuracy while maximizing saw strap life.
4. Feed clamps are movable clamps and micro-clamps to ensure smooth material transport.
5. A single feed stroke of 500mm. can be fed back and forth multiple times.
